Common questions
Will my card be charged immediately?
No. Pro and Premium come with a 14-day free trial. You'll add your payment method at signup so the subscription can continue automatically, but the first charge happens only on day 15.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?
Nothing — you won't be charged. Your account stays on whatever plan you were on (Free if you never paid before), and your listings stay live within the Free-tier limit.
What if I downgrade and have more listings than the new limit allows?
Existing listings stay visible until the end of your current billing period. After that, listings beyond the new limit are automatically hidden (status changes to expired) — you can choose which to keep when prompted.
Can I switch between Pro and Premium?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is the pricing final?
These are our launch prices and may change in the future, but agents who sign up early are locked into their original rate for as long as their subscription stays active. Cancel and rejoin and you'll get the current rate.
